The Leadership Institute is an Orange County Government development program,
implemented to enhance critical leadership abilities of the Orange County management team.  It is a program designed to shape the future of local government.

Participants learn ways to enhance their skills and better respond to changes, trends and challenges facing the public sector. In 2008, the membership is comprised of 27 Orange County management leaders from all divisions and agencies within Orange County government.

As part of this leadership experience, the 2008 class is charged with development and
implementation of a Community Service Project. This year’s class has chosen to support 5 great local charities through a fundraiser and volunteer events.

The fundraiser will be a multiple prize “drawing” with the Grand Prize being a 2008 Mercedes Benz automobile! Other prizes will include a big screen TV, cruise for 4, set of golf clubs and more! Our fundraising effort will also include Sponsors, who will help us show our local support for these charities. Your company/organization will be promoted as a Sponsor through our marketing campaign, which will include all events, online and brochures. You will also be featured in our presentation to the Orange County Board of Commissioners upon our graduation in August 2008.

Sponsor levels are:

PLATINUM - $2,000 and above
GOLD – $1,000 to $1,999
SILVER - $500 to $999
BRONZE - $250 to $499
INDIVIDUAL – up to $249
