• You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

• Donations for the 2009 Mercedes Benz C300 are $20.00 per ticket

• The maximum number of tickets available for purchase will be 8,000.

• Purchase of tickets may be in the form of cash, personal check, cashier check or money order.  Checks are to be made payable to Leadership Institute 2008.

• If an entrant’s check is dishonored by the bank, the entry ticket(s) will be invalid unless full cash payment is received 48 hours prior to the drawing.  Personal checks shall not be received within fourteen (14) days of the drawing, due to clearing.

• The Mercedes Benz C300 from Mercedes Benz of Orlando in Maitland has an estimated value for this drawing of $32,500.

• Members of the 2008 Leadership Institute Class and their household members are eligible.

• Employees of Give Kids The World, Second Harvest Food Bank, Coalition For The Homeless, Nathaniel’s Hope and Children’s Home Society are eligible.

• Employees of Mercedes Benz of Orlando are eligible.

• Ticket holders do not have to be present to win.

• The winner releases Orange County Government and the above mentioned charity organizations, their officers, employees, agents, and members from any responsibility or liability in connection with any loss, accident, or death incurred in connection with the use of this prize. Orange County Government does not make, or imply, nor is it responsible for, a warranty or a guaranty with regards to this prize. The winner of the vehicle will be provided the standard Mercedes Benz Warranty.

• By acceptance of the prizes, winner consents to the use of his/her name and address and/or likeness for purposes of advertising or trade without additional compensation.

• By entering the drawing, each participant agrees to abide by the rules of the drawing. Any violation of the rules may invalidate the receiving of that prize.

• The grand prize consists of only one (1) 2009 Mercedes Benz C300. The car will be displayed at various events and will, as a result, be subject to some wear and tear. A cash prize in the amount of $32,500 may be substituted for the 2009 Mercedes Benz C300 grand prize. All taxes, duties, shipping, licensing, and registration fees are the sole responsibility of the winner of the grand prize. Recipients of any other prizes shall be responsible for any and all taxes as required by law (Local, State and/or Federal).

• Winner agrees to claim the car from its storage location within seven (7) days of the presentation of the keys.  Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize and prize will then be awarded to an alternate ticket holder.

• Drawing tickets are not eligible for a tax-deductible contribution.

• The winner will be determined via a random drawing from all eligible entries.  The drawing will take place at 3:00PM on August 16, 2008 at the Mercedes Benz of Orlando in Maitland dealership located in Maitland, Florida.  

• The winner will be notified by phone, e-mail and/or mail within seven (7) days of the drawing if not present. Car will be available for pickup after this date and will be determined by the Leadership Institute and Mercedes Benz of Orlando in Maitland.  

 
• All proceeds, less prizes and expenses are to benefit Give Kids The World, Second Harvest Food Bank, Coalition For The Homeless, Nathaniel’s Hope and Children’s Home Society.

• The pictures of the car and the car at displayed location may not be the exact Mercedes Benz C300 given as the Grand Prize; they are only representation of the vehicle provided.  A complete vehicle specification list can be obtained online.
